Dave Jefferson
Director Swagger Travel Baseball, Master instructor of all positions
A baseball and basketball standout at Palo Alto High School, Dave was selected by the Florida Marlins in the 13th round of the 1993 MLB draft. Dave played in the Marlins, Expos, and Cubs organizations as an outfielder.
Dave returned to Palo Alto in 2002, and established a successful coaching career. His resume includes: Head coach, Palo Alto High School (2007); Head coach, Woodside Priory (7 years); Gunn High School Assistant Coach (2023) and Director, Swagger Travel Baseball (current)

Brian Thompson
Head Instructor
Brian is currently the Head Coach for Swagger 10u and 13u.
Brian played shortstop at Hayward High School from 2006-2010 where he earned two varsity letter awards. He then played 2nd base at Chabot College for two years.
Brian comes from a family of athletes and he is proud of his younger brothers, one of whom graduated from Sonoma State University where he played four years of basketball. His youngest brother currently plays Division 1 basketball at Youngstown University.

BJ Boyd
High School Division Director, Bossman / Swagg
Hitting and OF Instructor
BJ starred in baseball and football at Palo Alto High School, won numerous awards as a prep, and was selected by the Oakland A's in the 4th round of the 2012 MLB draft. BJ went on to a prolific pro career as an outfielder in the A's organization.

Neiko Sigona
Assistant Coach
Neiko is a baseball lifer. He grew up playing El Cerrito and Redwood City little league/PONY before attending St. Francis HIgh School from where he was an outfielder from 2008-2012.
Neiko recieved a scholarship to play Division 2 at St. Martin’s Washington, but sustained an injury that ultimately led him to coaching.
Prior to joining Swagger, Neiko coached in San Francisco, Austria and Hungary. The National Hungarian Team that he coached won the first WSBC qualifying championship in the history of the country.
