Plyometrics
This program is designed to improve a student athlete's strength, speed & agility through a regimented plyometric and weight training program. You may pick and choose the sessions and the weeks to work with your schedule. For maximum improvement, we suggest the combination of plyometrics and weight training for at least 4 weeks. Workout sessions begin June 20th and are available for 6 weeks through the week of July 25th.
Summer Workouts
Plymetrics & Weight Training
Monday - Friday (5x/week)
Cost: $200
Plyometrics Only
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays (3x/week)
$145/wk
Weight Training Only
Tuesdays & Thursdays (2x/week)
$125/wk
Location for all workouts - Palo Alto High School
Time for all workouts - 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Dates: Weeks of June 20th, June 27th, July 5th, July 11th, July 18th, and July 25th.
